Podium Manufacturier offers manufacturing SMEs state-of-the-art support:
- DiagnoSTIQ of organizational and management processes
- Action plan targeting the priorities of the SMEs
- Flexible support for improvement projects with external experts valued between $40,000 and $60,000
- Training and knowledge sharing activities
Podium Manufacturier promotes a culture based on organizational performance, the collaboration of resources and the convergence of objectives to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of Quebec manufacturers.
To take advantage of this opportunity, SMEs must:
- Be a Quebec-based manufacturing company with 500 or fewer employees
- Manufacture proprietary or subcontracted products in any industry
- Not be eligible for active programs in the aeronautical and ground transportation sectors
Cost for companies: between $16,000 and $24,000
Value: between $50,000 and $70,000
